Our cottages

Our cottages are the perfect escape for some well-deserved quality downtime; offering super clean,

completely self-contained bases from which to explore Sussex and meet up with family and friends.

We have two traditional Victorian cottages available as self catering holiday accommodation.

Both have been refurbished to retain character, whilst ensuring modern comfort and convenience.  

Please note that the staircases are narrower and steeper than modern staircases

and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

 

The cottages are located in the Keymer Conservation Area, close to both Hassocks and Ditchling village centres. 

On the edge of the South Downs National Park, they are within easy walking distance of the South Downs Way. 

 

Just a mile from Hassocks Mainline railway station, served by fast trains to Brighton, Gatwick and London; 

both cottages have their own dedicated off road parking and easy road access to the A23 and A27.

The cottages are fully equipped to ensure a real home-from-home stay without you having to bring it all with you.

All the main kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, and all bedlinen, towels and kitchen linens are included. 

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge for families with small children.

Both cottages have fast WiFi fibre broadband throughout.

Local maps and information are provided to help you make the most of your stay,

with smart TV, bluetooth stereo and plenty of books and games for rainy days.

Our cottages are strictly non smoking throughout and pets are not permitted inside.
