Our minimum booking is 2 nights, with

check in after 4pm and check out by 10am. Wherever possible, we always try to accommodate prearranged requests

for late check out/ early check in.

During August, our minimum advance 

booking is 7 nights.
Last minute shorter stays

may be possible, subject to availability.

Single night stays are only accepted as

last minute bookings,

subject to availability, 

and will incur a £40 surcharge.

​

Arrival and departure days of the week

are fully flexible, subject to availability.

​

The cottages are always fully made up, 

including all bed linens and towels, 

for 4 people (+ infant if requested). 

The rates given are per night

for the whole cottage. A 10% discount 

is applied to stays of 7+ nights.

Booking requests will be confirmed

on receipt of a booking deposit of £100,

payable in GBP by bank transfer.

Payment of a booking deposit will deem acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Instant bookings using a credit card

can be made through Airbnb.com.

Longer term, non-holiday bookings

are possible subject to availability.

and pets are not permitted inside.
